Frequently Asked Questions
Do you post immediately after getting my flyers?
Posting officially begins on Fridays. However, if all scheduled materials are in my hands and if time permits, I will post immediately.
Why do you need at least 3 weeks to post & distribute?
• The best time to post is 11am-3pm
• Time to coordinate with other clients
• Holidays, weather and unexpected delays
What’s the difference between posting & distributing?
• Posting is for one-sided Flyers or Postcards (up to 8.5×11) and Posters (larger than 8.5×11 up to 11×17). Unfortunately, we cannot accept larger sizes.
• Distributing is stacks of up to 20 pieces of brochures, rack cards, postcards, guides and magazines
How many times do you go out?
To be time-efficient, we strive to visit each subregion once per week. Contact us if you’re interested in your materials being replenished on a regular basis.
Do you place brochures and rack cards in those big display stands?
We distribute stacks in venues who generously provide space. Those nice display racks belong to Berkshire Brochures, so give John a call!
Do you also print the flyers?
We do not.
Can you recommend a printer?
Yes, several!

Do you share the list of venues where you post?
The list is not included or for sale.
What are your operating hours?
Posting is from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday except on Holidays and Rush Jobs.
What if my flyer is covered up by another?
If we see our client’s flyer covered up we will move it to ensure it is visible.
